Here’s the core of the adventure. Our days are our life. To turn your life over to God, turn today over to God.
That is where we are going to spend our time for this 21 days. Counseling with God about the details of our day.
Find out how to live your life each day in a way that pleases God.
You might be surprised, as I often was, at how simple the changes were I was asked to make, and yet how incredibly different my life became as a result.
It takes just Five Minutes Twice-a-Day to be happy soul-deep.
Five Minutes In The Morning
Go to the source, your Father in Heaven, each day with the details of the day you have planned. I recommend that you write it down. All of it – the stop at the grocery store, the television show you like to watch, your plan for the day. (I once had an incredible spiritual experience just because of a dinner I made.)
Take that to Him for just five minutes – or more if you can spare the time.
Ask three questions about your plan/list of to-dos
1. Here’s my day. What should I change, delete or add?
2. How do I handle _________________ (fill in the blank with your biggest frustration or worry)
3. What can I do for you today God?
Then listen. Trust. Re-think or re-write your list based on your new insight. Put God’s todo first. Make it your priority. Trust that everything else will fall into place as you act on His counsel.
One final step. After you have re-written your new designed-by-God list, confirm with Him that it is correct. Just to be sure. He might add or change an item.
Five Minutes In The Evening
Each night before you go to bed, report back. Tell Him what you did, especially that you did what He asked you to do. Share that with Him. Don’t rush this. Wait. Feel his pleasure with you deep in your soul.
How do I know you will? Christ said, “And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.” John 8:29 King James Authorized version
How did Christ know he pleased the Father? the same way you will. Deep in your soul you will feel the pleasure of one who loves you completely and wants you to learn how to be happy.

It has 21 pages with a scripture based Happiness principle at the top of each day; blank lines for you to write your plan for the day including the results of your counseling with God each morning, and your report each evening.
Staple it together or pop it into an inexpensive report binder.
You’ll enjoy reviewing your experiences at the end of your 21 days.

Set a reminder! Use our free ringtone. If you have a mobile phone that lets you set daily reminders and ringtones – set two daily reminders. One for the morning and one for the evening. Give your reminders a special ringtone. Here’s the song “I Go To the Garden” because the words are perfect for this Happy Soul-deep project.

God Bless You!!!!
